Kenji Kodaira

Kenji Kodaira considers the eating space as a multi-genre communication device and conducts actual store releases, installations, and catering.

In 2019, he opened an extremely small 13 square meters theater-style standing food bar called “tiny kitchen and counter” at Matsudo Station in Matsudo, Chiba, Japan.

Vegetables and gibier purchased through direct visits to producers throughout Japan are served in courses.
