Artist Interview | On Motherhood and Artistic Practice
- INTERVIEW

2025.10.05 - 2025.10.29

My interdisciplinary art practice explores memory, time and place. Since the birth of my first daughter, I have focused more intensely on how architecture or the built and invisible boundaries of urban space may impact the caregiving body. My role as an artist-mother has led to co-creating the Vancouver-based Motherload Collective and a small publishing initiative, Out of Reach Projects.
