Yoichi Koizumi

Architect and Director of ISHINOMAKI 2.0. Born in 1985 in Gunma Prefecture. Raised in Aichi Prefecture. Resides in the city of Ishinomaki in Miyagi Prefecture. In 2010, he graduated from Yokohama National University, Department of Engineering. In 2011, just one month after the Great Tohoko Earthquake, he moved to Ishinomaki and spearheaded efforts to create ISHINOMAKI 2.0, a local urban development association.
