Laura Carvalho

Laura Carvalho is a Brazilian production designer/scenographer and color researcher. Her work is connected to the experience of colour on expanded field, understanding it as a multidisciplinary arrangement able to unite colour to the spatial arts (production design, scenography and installation).
Graduated on Audiovisual Arts by the University of São Paulo and holds a Master of Arts by the same institution. Her academic research establishes a parallel between colour and visual arts, specially modern and contemporary art. Her chromatic research was presented in Japan, Spain and United Kingdom.
