Hochoul Lee

Hochoul Lee(b.1984) received MA Sculpture of Royal College of Art in 2019 and graduated MA Metal Casting of Tokyo University of Arts in 2011. He is making paintings and installation works focusing on the matter of uniqueness with interests in ontology and simple materials. His solo exhibition include Fragments of Information(2020), The Daiwa Anglo-Japanese Foundation, We Could Be Turned Inside Out In The Jell (2015) Komyoji-Kaikan. His work has also been displayed in group exhibitions, including My Friends Are Genius II – Recent Graduate Exhibition (2019) White Conduit Projects, Only Connect Osaka (2019) CCO Creative Center Osaka, Artist Social Reproduction (2018) Kyoto City University of Arts Art Gallery @KCUA. Works are in some private collections.
