Helena Van Driessche

Helena Van Driessche, born 1994, mastered in Fine Arts at KASK Ghent (BE) and is currently living and working in Antwerp (BE) where she is represented by Eva Steynen Gallery.

Helena is a painter who seeks to grapple with both her inner and outer world through creating a colorful world of her own, inhabited by godlike creatures and beings who each tell their own story. She draws great inspiration from the old Flemish and Dutch Masters, Japanese and Chinese woodblock printing and traditional painting and her two cats, whom she refers to as “her little dragons”.

Upcoming show: Art Fair 2026 Antwerp at Eva Steynen booth
