Duke Nukeme

Born in 1986. After graduating from high school, he entered the Esmod Japon Osaka School. In 2008, he started his own brand, Nukeme, as a result of his first collaboration with poet Yoshinori Henguchi on his graduation project. His representative works include the Nukeme Caps ​with large embroidered prose by Yoshinori Henguchi, and the Glitch Embroidery series, which was selected as a Jury Selections at the Japan Media Arts Festival. In 2018, he held a joint exhibition KAWAII Futuristic with photographer HIROMIX in Koenji, and the artwork of silver mirror sculpture Awful Images was presented. He is currently based in Matsudo.
