(Re)Thinking About Artist-in-Residence and the City

At PARADISE AIR, preparations are currently underway for the launch of a new residency program. (Announcement on March 11: Important notification regarding changes to our residence programs and operations)

While the open call and residency framework will be renewed in the near future, this event will offer an early introduction to the new program currently under development.

In addition, participants will be invited to join small group discussions for a workshop exploring “the kind of city we would like to see through PARADISE AIR.” How might Matsudo evolve as a city with an artist-in-residence program, and as a place where artists live and work?
