PARADISE AIR staff has always shared with other staff members what they have seen, heard, and felt after visiting other artist-in-residence programs and art facilities. The “See the world from Artist in Residence” event series is open to anyone who hopes to participate and is interested in hearing about their experiences.

In early September, PARADISE AIR held its first exhibition outside Japan.

The exhibition was held in Taipei in conjunction with an international artist-in-residence conference in Taiwan, and featured photos and videos of the artists’ time at PARADISE AIR in Matsudo, introducing the activities of the artist-in-residence program.

At this event, PARADIASE AIR staff members who had just returned from Taiwan gave a talk to report on their stay in Taiwan.

In addition to reporting on the results of the PARADISE AIR archive photo exhibition “TARANSIT in Taipei,” the staff also shared their impressions of the “Res Artis Conference 2024 – TAIPEI,” a gathering of artists-in-residence from around the world. We also introduced highlights of the “2024 Taiwan Art Space Alliance (TASA) Annual Meeting with Southeast Asia Professional Exchange,” which some of our staff participated in after the exhibition and international conference.
