Summer Sleep
This is a short video that invites the viewer to take a journey that lets the mind drift. This work overlaps with the feeling of lack of concentration felt during the heat wave in Japan.

Room 510
Leaving the City
Moving images in a dark room compose a theater of light, recreating the hypnotic effect of urban traffic.

Kazuki Takeshita

WARABE NICHIKUSA
During his stay at PARADISE AIR, Kazuki Takeshita created a photographic work based on the essay “Warabe-michikusa” (written by Satoru Matsuoka), which is set in Hino City, Tokyo.
The studio was opened to the public, and photographs printed on Japanese paper and memorable passages from the essay were exhibited.

This event, the 8th edition of Onirisme Collectif, was themed “Summer Sleep” and was held at PARADISE AIR, encouraging all-night co-dreaming experiences.
Summer Sleep” was inspired by both summer sleep, which means that animals sleep for a certain period of time to protect their moisture from heat and dryness, and the sultry, uncomfortable feeling of a summer night, and aimed to jump over the boundaries between the sleeping state, the waking state, and death.
