Born in Ishikawa Prefecture. 28 years old (as of 2020). At her early age, Seira encountered musicals at a local civic theater company and moved to the United States at the age of 20. She has been based in Tokyo since 2019, and now expanding her range of expression outside theater. She has participated in several works in recent years, such as “Bacchus no Shinjo – Holstein no Hen (The Bacchae − Holstein Milk Cows),” directed by Satoko Ichihara at Aichi Triennale and “Yoru Hikaru Tsurugi no Mask (The Mask of the Crane, Which Shines at Night),” directed by Yoko Tawada and Tomoco Kawaguchi at Kunitachi Community Arts Center.
